Jason Bellaire brings more than three decades of leadership experience in public safety, crisis management and organizational strategy.

As former Chief of the Windsor Police Service, he led one of Canada’s busiest cross-border policing environments and directed complex operational responses involving multiple levels of government and international partners.

Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of public safety, government and community leadership - developing strategies that bring together organizations operating in complex and high-pressure environments.

Through LCR Advisory Group Inc., Jason now provides strategic advisory support to organizations seeking leadership clarity, crisis readiness and effective cross-sector collaboration.
